- 2 small apples

Have you always wanted a whole apple pie for yourself? Then make these single-serving apple pies. Simple, very tasty, and they look beautiful because you place the apple in a fan shape on the dough. You can optionally replace the apple with pear. Just leave out the cinnamon.
Here's how to make the single-serving apple pie
1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Mix the flour, 30 g sugar, 1 egg, and 1⁄4 tsp salt in a bowl. Cut the butter into cubes and knead with cool hands into the flour mixture until it forms a cohesive dough. Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll them into balls between your palms.
2. Lightly dust your work surface with flour. Press each dough ball with your hands into a round disc of about Ø 10 cm. Place the dough discs on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
3. Mix the hazelnut flour with 40 g sugar and 1⁄2 egg in a bowl. Cut the apple with skin (remove the core) into paper-thin slices. Mix the apple with the cinnamon and hazelnut oil in a bowl.
4. Spread the hazelnut-sugar mixture over the dough with a spoon. Arrange the apple in a fan shape on top.
5. Bake the apple pies in the middle of the oven for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Tip: You can buy hazelnut flour ready-made, but you can also make it yourself by grinding 40 g of hazelnuts in a food processor for about 15-20 seconds.
