Aaah: Adele finally reveals her weight loss secret

Adele on the red carpet in a green dress

I don't really know why, but stars that undergo a transformation always act so mysteriously about how they exactly lost the weight if it's not a deal they're getting paid for. I secretly still suspect half of Hollywood of liposuction (something that has a sort of taboo on it), but luckily there is Adele who finally tells us how her transformation could take place. And no, sucking out fat was not an option for her. You won't believe it, the big loss of those kilos comes from... a book. Really. The singer swears by the publication Untamed. Stop pleasing, start living.

If you’re ready – this book will shake your brain and make your soul scream. I am so ready for myself after reading this book! It’s as if I just flew into my body for the very first time. Whew! Anyone who has any kind of capacity to truly let go and give into yourself with any kind of desire to hold on for dear life – Do it. Read it. Live it. Practice it. We are a lot! But we are meant to be a lot! .. “A good life is a hard life!” Read this book and have a highlighter on hand to make notes because you’ll want to refer back to it trust me! I never knew that I am solely responsible for my own joy, happiness and freedom!! Who knew our own liberation liberates those around us? Cause I didn’t!! I thought we were meant to be stressed and disheveled, confused and selfless like a Disney character! ProBloodyFound!! You’re an absolute don Glennon ♥️

‘If you’re ready, this book will shake your brain and make your soul scream,’ the singer writes on Instagram. ‘I am so ready for myself after reading this book. It’s as if I just flew into my body for the very first time. Wow. (…) It’s a lot, but that’s the point. Read it and keep a highlighter on hand to make notes. Because you’ll definitely want to refer back to it, trust me. I never knew that I am solely responsible for my own joy, happiness and freedom.’

So you see: never underestimate the power of letters. Say, eh, Adele, where did we order that book again? Oh look, I found the Dutch version on Bol.com. Please.
