Brilliant: Nienke Plas' new album is a time travel through her ex-boyfriends

Isn't it just insane how much energy this woman has? You blink three times and Nienke Plas comes up with a new project. Mark a big smiley in your calendar, because on February 28 she will drop the first track of her new EP ‘Lucky Number 7’. Where does that name come from? Nienke explains: ‘Lucky Number 7 contains six tracks that represent a number of passersby, moments with a man in my life before Resley.’ The songs are about love, irritation, desire, or simply the man in question. Each passerby has their own vibe, sound, and feeling. And all of that bundled together. ‘Every month a different story, a different man, a different feeling, and where I kept going without real love each time. Until the last track, Lucky Number 7. This one is about Resley. About us. About my happiness for now and forever.’ If you thought Maan was doing well: wow, from now on Nienke will release a new track every month.
