Hik: coffee anyone?

These are the most inspiring coffees with alcoholic drinks at the moment, nice at the end of a dinner or maybe even at the drinks. As long as you promise to just keep it with (possibly plant-based) milk or sugar in the morning.
Anatolia Café
- 30 ml cognac
- 30 ml cherry liqueur
- 7.5 ml cinnamon syrup
Mix everything in a nice glass, pour coffee over it, and finish with whipped cream and cinnamon powder.
Jazzed Up
- 45 ml cognac
- 15 ml Grand Marnier
- 15 ml Amaro
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- 30 ml cold brew coffee, here's how to make it
Shake in a shaker with ice cubes and strain into a tall glass with ice cubes.
Siciliano
- 60 ml vermouth
- 45 ml Amaro
- 45 ml cold brew coffee
- 30 ml sugar syrup
- sparkling water
Mix all ingredients except the sparkling water in a glass and stir with a spoon. Fill the glass with ice and add a bit of sparkling water. Garnish with a slice or peel of an orange.
Coffee Old Fashioned
- 1 double espresso (about 60 ml) at room temperature
- 30 ml bourbon
- 7.5 ml sugar syrup
- a dash of bitters (e.g., Angostura)
- a piece of lemon peel
Put all the ingredients except the lemon peel in a shaker and fill with ice cubes. Do not shake but stir for thirty seconds with a long spoon and pour into a whiskey glass with ice cubes. Rub the lemon peel around the rim of the glass and serve.
Cold Brew Cabana
- 45 ml brown (Havana) rum
- 20 ml cold brew coffee
- 20 ml banana liqueur
- 1 tsp ginger syrup
- 1 drop of vanilla extract
Shake all ingredients with ice cubes and strain into a coupe.
Iced Irish Coffee
- 60 ml Irish whiskey
- 1 tsp ground espresso beans
- 2 tsp cane sugar
- 2 tsp hot water
- 90 ml cold brew coffee
- 2 tsp cream
Put the whiskey and the ground coffee beans in a small jug or bowl and let it sit for 15 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve into a shaker. Dissolve the sugar in hot water in a cup and add that to the shaker. Pour in the cold brew coffee, add ice and shake. Pour into a tall glass filled with ice cubes and finally add the cream.
