If you feel that you are changing (and find that exciting)

But right to the point: I suddenly think differently. And when you start thinking differently, you also start acting differently. It's nice and terrifying at the same time.
Did all this come out of the blue? Blame it on corona? No way. Usually, you don't even notice it, but the desire for change is often preceded by a kind of feeling of restlessness. That familiar itch. The I-miss-‘something’-feeling. You ignore the feeling for a while, but eventually, it keeps coming back to you like a boomerang.
What is that exactly? Two words: life. Your soul trying to indicate that there is more ahead for you. And that it’s time to grow. Suddenly, you can see things ‘clearly’. Years of patterns, pain lines, things you unconsciously always did that maybe no longer fit you at all. I noticed a growing urge to walk. I started looking for solutions. Tried to view situations through a different lens. Now I notice more and more: change is scary, but it’s also nice. I suddenly dare more. I literally feel stronger in my shoes. Hi self-love, nice to meet you!
But hey, if transforming into a better version of yourself is so chill, why do we always wait (too) long to change? Because the ostrich tactic just works much better. Fear. Fear. Fear. Uncertainty. Because you’re not sure if your feeling of wanting to change is right. Because it feels unsafe to suddenly crawl out of your comfort zone. When do we really take action? When the pain of not changing is greater than the pain of changing.
And yes, it can be quite tough to grow as a person. Maybe it feels like you sometimes lose yourself. When you have grown as a person, you sometimes have to make choices where you have no idea what the right one is. But eventually, you will see: that 2.0 version of you is loading.
Allow yourself this process, you are worth it.
