Are you not feeling well in your skin?

I've been in my head for a few days now. My family also calls it the Kiki cycle in which I am a bit more absent than usual. I am constantly ‘very busy’ with ‘everything’, but ultimately get very little done. It lingers for a few days unconsciously until I suddenly start to notice it myself. Everything. Is. On. Why? It's a full moon.
Friends who used to tell me: ‘I sleep so badly around the full moon’ I always found a bit interesting. How could that moon change how you sleep? But I must honestly say: over the years I think; damn, I feel it now too. Last night. 11:08 PM: ceiling duty to the max. All the things an average person could worry about I cheerfully took along. Matters about the future, things I have no control over at all, silly negative thoughts: everything passed by.
When it was 1:27 AM at one point, I thought: why do I feel so restless? Should I google when the full moon is? Damn. September 2, 2020. I must honestly confess that I have ZERO understanding of moon stuff, but just google it and the whole web is full of it. Not one or two, but hun-dreds of articles explaining what the influence of the full moon can mean for people. And particularly for people who are highly sensitive.
If I am to believe the web, the full moon of September 2, 2020 was in the sign of Pisces and directly opposite it is the sun in Virgo. ‘When two celestial bodies are opposite each other, this can cause tensions. You may want to make important decisions or break ties. The full moon can also amplify certain emotions. You may feel a lot of inner tension. You may be more tired than usual. You may be irritable. You may not be able to see the forest for the trees and find it hard to take action.’
Aaaaah, look. The monkey comes out of the moon. Or something.
P.S.: In a few days I apparently will be normal again, byeeee.
