Let me give myself a corrective tap right away, because De Boezemvriend is so much more than a store. This concept store is a meeting place for pregnant women and women who have a baby. The Boezemvriend was created from a collaboration between various maternity care professionals who wanted to create a safe, cozy place for parents where they can find everything they need. And they succeeded. Located on the Overtoom in Amsterdam (easily accessible), The Boezemvriend has a wonderfully spacious area where everything a young (expecting) mother needs is under one roof.

In the store, many beautiful brands can be found, such as Stokke which even opened their very first Dutch brand store last year where the complete range of the brand can be found. Stokke experts are ready to provide customers with all the information they need and help them choose the right items. Because Stokke is so much more than the well-known Tripp Trapp. All their strollers, chairs, nursery furniture, travel items, and various other products are on display and can be tested, so you can be sure you are bringing the right items home. The nice thing about Stokke products is that their designers not only create products that are comfortable, durable, and easy to use in a timeless Scandinavian style, but also bring children closer to their parents and promote eye contact between them.

Baby gifts, bedding, furniture: you can find literally everything at The Boezemvriend. So as a pregnant woman and new mother, you actually don't need much more than this store.
