The cinemas are reopening: this is what it will look like

Yesss, the new normal of life with corona seems to be starting. I have an appointment at the hairdresser, the first reservations at restaurants have been made, and this weekend I'm going to get my nails done again, which is really quite necessary. But what I'm really looking forward to is sitting in the cinema again with a gigantic salty bucket of popcorn (#teamzout). Ultimate chilling. And so, great news, because those cinemas are opening up again. With one and a half meter measures, of course. And Pathé has just announced how they are going to tackle that. Are you reading along?
- Just like with restaurants, you are only guaranteed a spot if you buy tickets online.
- They sell food and drinks (POPCORN), but the assortment will be a bit different.
- You cannot choose your seats, but they will be assigned to you by an employee. Fingers crossed that you don't end up in the very front row.
- A maximum of two people per household may go to the movies together. I bet going to the movies alone will be the trend this year.
- Early birds can take their time; you don't have to be at the cinema earlier than fifteen minutes before the start.
- Always keep one and a half meters distance; in the auditorium and everywhere in the cinema.
- Unfortunately, chatting is not allowed in the foyer, but outside, at home, wherever you want, but definitely NOT in the cinema.
- A maximum of 30 people may sit in each auditorium.
It should all be doable, right? Seems like it. And now that we're talking about it, you definitely want to check out these movies in the cinema after June 1st:
- I Still Believe (with KJ Apa, so fun)
- Rundfunk: Jachterwachter (so funny)
- I See You (thrilling)
- Mulan (real life Disney is always fun)
- Pinocchio (same reason as Mulan)
- A Quiet Place II (if I dare, at least)
- Candyman (I'm not really sure if I dare, but we'll see then)
