The most popular shoes of the lockdown are Crocs

We need to talk about fashion in lockdown. Now I don't want to claim that I'm spending the intelligent lockdown in high heels and a dress, I can't even think about it, but at least I can still convince myself to wear jeans and sneakers. Nikes or my All Stars or these from 10Days, to keep the spirit up a bit. But suddenly it turns out that Crocs are the best-selling items during lockdown. Items yes, because they simply cannot be called shoes.

A quick thinker attributes this increase in sales to the (re)entrants in healthcare. I thought that at first too, but that's not the case. It seems that people outside of healthcare are voluntarily buying and actually wearing this footwear. That made me a little cry inside. A tracksuit that is being hyped by influencers: à la, but plastic garden clogs with holes? You also know that they are always worn with socks, because those holes let air through and that makes it impossible to draft and just can't be comfortable.

The only thing they work for? Social distancing. In that case, I would say: buy.
