These are the signs that you have a great empathetic ability
Great fun for people with those large friend groups, but you? You prefer one-on-one. This is how you come into your own better. Large crowds? Brrrr. Deep connections with people? Yep, that suits you.
Do you recognize yourself in this? Then it could very well be that your empathetic ability is great. Take the test.
Spending time alone is important for you
Empathetic people need time for themselves to relax and recharge. Spending time with others is something you enjoy, but it can also be quite exhausting because you pick up on others' emotions so strongly. Which brings me to the next point...
You are highly sensitive
Empathetic types naturally have a pleasing character with a big heart. They love to care, but here lies the pitfall: they can also be easily hurt.
You absorb others' emotions like a little sponge
Your inner sponge thrives when you can feel everything to the extreme, whether it's good or bad. You easily pick up anger and fear, which can be draining. On the other hand, you flourish in a loving, peaceful environment.
Your intuition is everything
The first gut feeling that people give you is very important to you. You seem to have developed antennae to fish out the signals. You are building more and more positive relationships and learning to recognize the energy drainers.
You don't quite know why, but you can sometimes get very irritated by loud noises
Or smells. Or people who talk too much. Let's just say you have highly developed senses.
Nature gives you energy
Clearing your head. Escaping the daily grind for a moment. Hearing the birds chirp and just enjoying nothing for a while. You recharge completely when you surround yourself with nature, the sea, or animals.
You, strange? No way. You just have a great empathetic ability.
