This is what we humans will eat in the future

With every vegan substitute, I am shocked by the price, which says enough about the shady production of the ‘normal’ product. Lidl believes this can be different, and that's why they are launching Future Goods. Six products from startups that are a bit kinder to the world during production and are now on the shelves of Lidl for a nice price.
We produce for the sake of producing, which helps to ruin the world bit by bit, but what if we can make something good out of a by-product? That's exactly what the clever minds behind Lidl's Future Foods managed to achieve. A BrewBar made from leftover grains after brewing beer, a small sausage roll with crickets, or tea from our own soil? All ways to reduce our impact on food production. Lidl is happy because they contribute to the sustainability of food. StartLife is content because they give startups the chance to reach the general public immediately.
I really feel like having a juicy Tomato Burger from the barbecue and a bit of This Is Not Parmesan with my pasta with pesto. But maybe you want some SauerCrowd, that’s fine too.
