Bottoms up: this weekend you're making dirty drinks

Say wine, snacks or haute cuisine and the gourmands at online food magazine FavorFlav know where to drink, how to eat it and what to cook. This time our cheffies serve you: simple dirty drinks.
A dirty drink is a drink that you have made a little (tasty) ‘dirty’ by adding something else to it. A Dirty Martini, for example, is a martini that has had some olive brine added, at least if the olives are in water and not in oil. And with coffee, you can also make delicious dirties .
You can call it a dirty coffee, but actually, it's the other way around: a Dirty Chai Latte is a chai latte with an espresso poured into it. Here are a few other inspiring examples, especially for when the weather gets nice soon.
The espresso tonic
By now a classic that does well on hot summer days. For lovers of bitterness, this is a treat, but if you want something a bit less harsh, the next drink might be a better idea.
The dirty ginger beer
Having a bottle or a few cans of ginger beer at home is always a good idea because what is your weekend without a Dark & Stormy cocktail? But pouring an espresso into your glass of ginger beer seems to be a thing too. I'm going to try this, I promise.
The dirty OJ
The dirty orange juice is well-known to many baristas: a glass of fresh juice with ice cubes and a shot of espresso in it. For when you don't have time to drink two drinks in a row or because you just really enjoy orange-coffee flavor: you do you!
