Nice: at these hotels your pet is also welcome

How nice, a weekend away or just a full vacation where you can take your pet with you. I've really wanted this for so long, enjoying nature with a little cabin on the heath and then my cat Pebbles can come along. Unfortunately, that's difficult because I have a real drama queen of a cat who barely dares to jump over the fence and besides that, she is also very attached to her own spot. And then you also have to find a location where she is actually welcome. Well, I can help you with that last part if you're facing the same problem: these locations are totally fine with you bringing your cat, dog, guinea pig, or other pet. I dove into Booking.com and came back with these nice results. Although I would double-check if you're just looking for an alpaca or something.

Netherlands

1. Accommodation on the Vecht — Breukelen
A really beautiful spot here, this gigantic country house. This destination is located by the Vecht, so you can also rent a boat to explore the area a bit. There are even cats that can really enjoy that.

2. Plein 40 — Zoutelande
This destination is close to the beach, so you can enjoy the fresh air, take a dip if you feel like it, or just go for a walk. The rooms here are completely set up for you to bring your pet, so they are not only allowed but also really welcome.

3. Garden Suite Centre — Amsterdam
Look, I might dare to try this one first, because this is right in my city: Amsterdam. But then away from the hustle and bustle, with a private garden and super spacious. I can easily entertain myself for a weekend there.

Europe

1. Rome Cavalieri, Waldorf Astoria — Rome, Italy
Aaahh, Bella Italia. Honestly one of my favorite cities, it's just a gigantic open-air museum and I can never get enough of it. But this hotel... Then I think I won't see much of the city, but I'll be hanging out with my pet in the little palace.

2. The Goodwood Hotel — Chichester, England
I had to look this city up on Google because I had really never heard of it. It's located to the right of Southampton, by the coast. Ultimate peace, because there's plenty of space for your pet and for you a spa and golf course and even a dance studio. Woopwoop.

3. Agroktima — Leonidio, Greece
This one goes straight on the bucket list because it looks beautiful here. On the Peloponnese (my favorite part of Greece), so a top destination if you're going to do a road trip. The nature here is beautiful, the weather too, and the food is authentically Greek (and super cheap). And then Pebbles and I will sleep here. I think she, even though she's a cat, will also enjoy the views.
