This is how often we can hear a Christmas song before we get tired of it

Do all those Christmas songs come out of your nose or are you just the kind of person who prefers to play them all year round? Personally, I find Christmas music to be one of the coziest parts of the whole Christmas season, but I really don't need to listen to it in November, you know.
Sonos conducted research on Christmas music and discovered that the Dutch can listen to a Christmas song up to 111 times before they get tired of it. Moment of realization: we could start playing the same Christmas song every day from mid-September and still not be tired of it by Christmas.
This research also revealed that December 2nd is the day when we collectively start listening to Christmas songs. That's how I feel about it too: December can be all about Christmas for me the entire month.
Another funny fact from the research: more than half of the people felt that Christmas is not complete without Christmas music. For 4 out of 10 Dutch people, this is the case because they are afraid of awkward silences during the Christmas dinner. A win-win situation, then.
Which songs do we prefer to listen to? Surprise surprise: ‘Last Christmas’ and ‘All I Want for Christmas Is You’. Mariah Carey turned out to be the artist that participants would most like to invite to the Christmas dinner. She won with 28 percent of the votes. Additionally, Ariana Grande and Dua Lipa are also more than welcome for many people. So Lipa would definitely be invited to my Christmas dinner.
Finally, here is the top 10 Christmas songs that came out of the research:
1. Last Christmas – Wham! (34 percent)
2. All I Want for Christmas Is You – Mariah Carey (33 percent)
3. Jingle Bell Rock – Hall & Oates (20 percent)
4. Santa Claus Is Coming to Town – Michael Bublé (18 percent)
5. It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas – Perry Como (17 percent)
6. Santa Tell Me – Ariana Grande (17 percent)
7. Flappie – Youp van ‘t Hek (13 percent)
8. Wonderful Christmas – Paul McCartney (12 percent)
9. Do They Know It’s Christmas – Band Aid (12 percent)
10. Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree – Brenda Lee (8 percent)
