Most Delicious: the Pornstar Martini Ball

Wendy does it again, you know. After the success of her limoncello doughnuts from last year, she hopes to score a new hit this year in her Rotterdam snack stall with a delicious thick drink ball.

Last year, with a good Rotterdam accent, it was the LimonGerso ball (with local limoncello!) that drew crowds to the stall on Nieuwe Ommoordseweg. There were already people eager to buy the boozy balls at 9 o'clock in the morning – well, a good breakfast is half the work... And now Wendy Knubben has chosen another popular cocktail to fill this year's specials: the Pornstar Martini.

The oliebollen look cheerful, with a dollop of decoration and a pipette of prosecco. Furthermore, just like in the cocktail Passoã, there is vanilla vodka and passion fruit in it, and she has slightly adjusted the name for the occasion: the Martini Pornstar ball. It’s important to clearly mention Martini, she says laughing: ‘I just have a donut stall, you know.’

Not a drop lost
Only when the donuts are baked is the drink filling injected, Wendy explains, so that the flavor and alcohol content remain intact. This ball is sweeter and fruitier than last year's limoncello ball, and Wendy naturally hopes it will find huge popularity again. Good luck girl, and cheers!
