10 x sports motivation for during the lockdown

We may be in a lockdown, but the gyms are still open. That's a bit of a bummer. I was hoping to stretch this excuse (of closed gyms) until the end of the year. But well, we can just go and maybe that's not such a crazy idea after all. In these stressful times, exercising can actually do us good. A little escape from that house and clearing our heads. Besides, no one is waiting for new corona kilos. But where on earth do we find the motivation? For me, motivation always starts to come after I've purchased a new sports outfit, because I obviously want to show off my new pieces as soon as possible. So it's a pretty good trick to get yourself into exercising. My motivation is currently very hard to find, and that's why it's high time for me to get a new sports outfit.
