If you are always cold, it is best to drink this tea flavor

tea flavors that warm you up

I warm myself up and work under a thick scarf – wearing Uggs. I don't care if it's stylish or not, because I'm just freezing cold. From November to about mid-March, roughly. How is it that some people don't feel that at all? Why does one person get cold quickly and the other is always hothothot? First of all, it's just the case that women women feel cold faster than men. This has to do with the fact that women have 20 to 30 percent less muscle mass, and muscles generate heat in your body. And then you have your hormones: your cycle plays a role every month. You might feel a lot colder on the first day of your period than when you're in the middle of your cycle. Around ovulation, you are often one degree warmer: so an egg can nestle nicely. And when you're tired (which you always are, right?) you also get cold faster. An automatic reaction from your body: those who are tired think about sleeping again. Your body prepares for rest under a blanket, while you still have the whole afternoon ahead. Well, I'm a woman, completely tired because I'm a mother and indeed: just had my period.

Fortunately, I can do something about it: drink tea. Now that's pretty nice anyway when you're shivering with icicles on your fingers behind your laptop. There is one tea flavor that would be the best if you're always crying because you're cold: one that contains cinnamon. Cinnamon has a warming effect, which naturally raises your body temperature a bit. It's a spice that improves your circulation, and as a result, your fingers and toes become less quickly ice cubes. That makes a difference. In many tea flavors (like Winter Glow or Detox or whatever) you find something with cinnamon. Just pay attention when you're getting new ones at the supermarket, and then enjoy your warm cup of tea. Before you know it, those coldest days of the year are over again. Or at least it's almost mid-March again, sort of.
