The question that Elon Musk always asks in a job interview

The job interview is perhaps the most hated conversation in your working life. After the performance review where you hear that you won't be getting a raise. And now it turns out that a genius like Elon Musk also has a question to unmask you. Why? To figure out if you are really honest about yourself. You wouldn't be the first to present yourself better during a job interview.
If you get to sit down with Elon for a chat, then in my opinion, you've already done something right in your working life. By the way, you don't need to have studied hard to have a chance; Elon Musk especially loves ingenious people. He also has a clever question to see if you are ingenious enough for Tesla or if you are just pulling the wool over his eyes. Musk always asks what the biggest problem in your career was and how you solved that issue.
You might think it should be doable, but your answer tells him exactly whether you really solved it yourself or if you are taking credit for someone else's work. He revealed this at the World Government Summit. People who do not speak the truth remain vague, while someone who has actually solved a problem talks in detail. Could that really be true? That needed to be tested, thought a team of researchers. And what turns out? It is indeed true. Elon is right.
From now on, I know what I will ask in job interviews, and if you read up well, you will also know what to answer. Just tell as many details as possible, whether true or not. Or would it not work that way?
