Maybe even more secretly in Hollywood (although not all flings come to light, of course), because during filming you are very much in each other's space. Sometimes literally, like when you play lovers in a movie, for example. You don't see your friends and family, and your partner (if you have one) either. Quite ugly if you are already married at that moment and run off with a co-star (looking at you, Brad Pitt), but it happens.
