This is the TikTok account that makes you spontaneously happy

Today no TikTok hack, but a whole account as the ultimate tip to follow. She appeared on my FYP and I was immediately inspired by her cheerfulness. I actually hardly follow anyone on TikTok, in fact: I didn't follow a single person. Now and then I just scrolled through my FYP hoping to come across something fun. But now I follow two accounts: that of Amy Pohl and a food account (the latter is not really surprising, I think).

Amy's account, @amyepohl, I really want to recommend, because I haven't come across anyone on TikTok who is as positive about life as she is and who knows how to convey that so well to everyone. So if you need some positivity in your life: check out her account.

She is a 29-year-old girl who had a very normal life until about five years ago: she graduated from university and worked in a classroom. Until she ended up in the hospital with bronchitis and the doctor had to place a tube in her hand where the medication could go into her blood. He did this with a dirty needle, in other words, everyone's nightmare.

What followed: a wrist that she can no longer move and that is permanently bent downwards, paralysis from her waist down due to a brain defect, and years of rehabilitation. She is currently still in a rehabilitation center, where she has been living for two years now. Also with corona: she couldn't see her parents for a year, her brother the same, and her dog even longer.

In short, really an enormous amount of misery that you wouldn't wish on anyone. And to still be so incredibly positive about life, to be able to convey that to other people and to be so loving towards everyone: I find her truly inspiring.
