Two friends you know will never let you down. They are always there for you: during a relaxed movie night, in times of heartbreak, on a hot summer day, but also when you just need them in the winter. And the nice thing is that they are just waiting for you. Even if you leave them out in the cold for a few weeks, they won’t hold it against you. I’m of course talking about the best friends Ben & Jerry’s. They come in many shapes and sizes, and the chances are quite high that I have a new favorite.

Because I was actually team Cookie Dough for a long time, but for the past six months, I’ve been broadening my horizons. I’ve also completely gotten into salted caramel, and then you understand that this new flavor is right up my alley. It’s called Caramel Brownie and yes, it’s caramel ice cream with brownie pieces, chocolate cookies, and salted caramel. Can I get a hallelujah?

Interestingly, this is a collaboration with Pathé Thuis and New York Pizza (fun fact: that’s where I had my first job). Starting tomorrow, you can order it at NYP, but then they will also just be available in supermarkets. I should mention that it’s a limited edition, so it might be wise to stock up right away. And that’s exactly what I’m going to do tomorrow.
