A sunny day often equals drinks for me – no matter how bad that sounds. If it’s a sunny day and I’m off, I can easily be sipping wine or beer by two in the afternoon. (Bonus: if it’s raining, this doesn’t apply.) And if there’s such a thing as a refreshing and lightly alcoholic ice pop… delicious!
Now I was already a fan of Flügel ice pops, but I find PROSECCO ice pops even tastier. Because, here’s the thing, I make them myself – and believe me, you want to do that too.
Here’s how to make your own prosecco ice pops
This reminds me so much of the past, when you would stick a stick in your Danoontje and put it in the freezer. Or when you made ice pops in a mold. Well, you can see where this is going, there’s also a mold in the shape of champagne glasses. So pour in some prosecco, freeze it, and in no time your prosecco ice pop is ready and it looks super cute too.
Of course, you can make countless creations with it. You can also add champagne if you want to be really fancy, or mix in some raspberries or strawberries… Oooh, let that sunshine come, because I’m not making anything else but this in this heat.
