Chicken corn sandwich
They must have thought, let's just take the snack bar's order list and put that in a sandwich. And honestly, why not? Frikandel sandwiches and croquette sandwiches were weird at first too, now we can't live without them.
Grill sausage with cheese
Yes, opinions are divided on this. But honestly: I find it strange. Cheese next to grill sausage on the snack platter? Yes, delicious. Cheese in grill sausage? No.
Duo cauliflower and broccoli (in a lot of plastic)
There's nothing wrong with cauliflower and broccoli. In fact, they're just super tasty (check out this bizarrely delicious TikTok recipe for broccoli with feta, for example). What's wrong here? So. Much. Plastic. Seriously Dirk, was it really necessary to put these two in a plastic container wrapped in plastic foil? And I'm just ignoring the fact that these units were completely imported from Spain. Meh...
Cookies & Cream Bundt Cake
A long-time favorite of many: cookies & cream (or: Oreos). The flavor has already been incorporated into donuts and muffins, ice cream cake, and now also in bundt cake. We know it's delicious, so we'll probably buy it anyway.
Campaign beer (or champagne beer?)
I had honestly never heard of Campaign Pils before. It's a soft drink from Raak (from Raak Kindercola, you might remember that, with the great slogan ‘Just Drink Raak’) and it tastes a bit cola-like. Officially, it should be called champagne beer (never heard of that either – how credible am I as a foodie?!), but Raak has decided to give it their own twist. Champagne beer, on the other hand, I do know. That just doesn't taste like cola. Confusion all around!

Child idols on food packaging are no longer allowed, which is why you can hardly find these nostalgic school cookies anywhere anymore. According to the Advertising Code for Food Products, this applies at least to products that do not meet nutritional guidelines. Well, this super sweet sugar bomb is, in my opinion, the definition of a product that doesn't meet that. A bit strange that we see this on the shelves.
