Hangover recipe: the Tosti Bolognese

Say wine, snacks or haute cuisine and the gourmands at online food magazine FavorFlav know where to drink, how to eat it and what to cook. This time our cheffies serve you: a bolognese toast!
From jalapeños to sauerkraut, from pastrami to bacon; we welcome many unusual suspects with open arms on our toasts. And so also bolognese sauce, because tomato sauce with meat and extra slices of mozzarella (or other cheese) on a toasted ciabatta makes this the perfect lunch. By the way, this toast comes very close to FavorFlavs Wieke's beloved flame toast, although this one is slightly less spicy but much tastier due to the homemade sauce.
Here's how to make the bolognese toast:
What do you need? A piece of ciabatta or two slices of bread, slices of mozzarella (or other melt-proof cheese) and your leftover bolognese sauce. Spread the sauce over one slice of bread, place the slices of mozzarella on top, add the other slice of bread and place the toast under the (toast) grill for a few minutes until the cheese is melted. It doesn't get easier or tastier than this!
