These are the benefits of going braless

I actually haven't worn bras for a long time. I can't even remember the last time I wore one. Oh yes, I remember now: when I was still teaching a class of teenagers.

But anyway, the moment I stopped teaching, that bra came off immediately. I simply find it uncomfortable and with my cup-B I don't feel an extreme need for extra support. Still, I always thought that my breasts would eventually sag faster because of this, because that's what we always hear.

But research shows that this is complete nonsense and that the bra actually causes your breasts to become saggy. A study from a university in France examined the breasts of 330 women, some of whom did not wear a bra and others who did. What turned out? The women who went bra-less had firmer breasts than the women who did wear a bra.. In fact, the research claims that for every year you go without a bra, your nipples are lifted by more than seven millimeters. Well, I found this factual information to be a real relief as a bra-hater.

Additionally, this same research revealed that wearing bras can lead to physical complaints. For example, you may experience pain in your ribs or shortness of breath. The skin on your breasts also benefits from a bra-less existence. Not wearing a bra strengthens the muscles, making the skin healthier and appear fuller.

Finally, not wearing a bra also leads to better blood circulation throughout the body. After all, a bra is a kind of large band around your upper body that holds everything tightly together. In the long term, this can affect your blood circulation, causing your large blood vessels to constrict. So going braless leads to better circulation, which in turn results in more energy and ultimately even better health. My advice is: free the boobies.
