According to viewers, these are the best Netflix Original Series

Just out of curiosity: can you still imagine a life without Netflix? I remember when it was just starting to gain popularity (although the company has been around for quite some time) and I thought it was really an amazing invention. But that it would bring such a change in how we watch series and movies, I didn't quite expect that. I regularly experience choice stress because suddenly there is an enormous amount online or I get frustrated because it seems like I've already seen all the good and fun things.
Because a lot has come by on the streaming service over the years. And what I always do when I watch a new series or movie; check IMDb. Definitely for the rating, but also for the trivia, or the fun facts and tracking down all the actors. It was completely enjoyable when the Message Board still existed, especially the one for Pretty Little Liars always went completely wild.
But anyway, IMDb is a bit of my handbook when it comes to series and movies. And that's how I came across a poll they conducted among users: what is, according to you viewers, the best Netflix Original Series? And the result is... Quite surprising.
Because there is almost unanimously a winner, with no less than 90 percent. 90! And that 90 percent has massively voted for... Dark. Wait, whut? Yes, seriously. The German series with a supernatural twist that ran from 2017 to 2020. Now, as a loyal Netflix viewer, I have seen it, but whether I thought it was that good that it really deserves to be number one of all Netflix Originals, I’m not so sure. For example, I found Kalifat really much better.
The further list is not very surprising, by the way. Stranger Things is in second place with 5 percent (sounds pretty sad like this, those low percentages) and Black Mirror with 2 percent shares third place with When They See Us. Unjustly, I think: I find Black Mirror so much cooler than Stranger Things, but okay. The top five is rounded off by Narcos, which managed to scrape together 1 percent.
Now I have only one question left after seeing this top five: Dark fans, where are you?! Apparently, you are present in large numbers, but I hear and see you nowhere?
