Expedition Robinson: Afterthought episode 12

The end seems to be coming into view a bit, I have the idea, because there are already so many dropouts and those Robinsoners have been on that island for almost a month. What could Nicolette and Rick have done there for the whole month? A bit of socializing, dining out, sleeping in luxury? I'm actually quite curious about that. Well, first let's take a look at how our island inhabitants fared this week. Let’s goooo.

1. Aaah, I find Niek so sweet. And I almost dare not say that, because last week I was positive about Thijs and he turned into the biggest Regina George in no time.

2. And Regina George has completely worked out his plan: ‘I want to be in control.’ Quite stupid if you see your fellow Robinsoners as pawns and not as valued company.

3. In what world is Niek's action (by telling Vincent that they are going to vote for him) a selfish plan? Yes, in the world of this new Regina George, but I don't think anyone else sees it that way.

4. Ah man, can I still adjust my commentary from last week? I want to take back the positive words about Thijs. I take it aaall back.

5. Actually, Dropout Island is just ideal; you don't have to participate in the challenges so you save energy, no stress for the Island Council so that's great and also more food, win-win-win situation there.

6. Can I have a moment of silence for Harry, who has been sitting on a deserted island for almost a month? Thank you.

7. Dennis, Ferry, and Harry are a bit the underdogs this season. You don't see them on screen that often (Thijs hogs all the airtime), so I really want them to hang out together on Winner Island. Very deserved.

8. Aaah, that sweet Niels. I really think he's great too. So honest and kind to everyone. I don't really dare to write this again, because Thijs is his buddy and that raises questions.

9. GODVER. I express my appreciation for Niels and boom: the man wants to go home. This is how all my favorites get eliminated. From now on, I'm going to keep to myself who I like the most. This is going to go completely wrong otherwise.

10. In today’s episode of ‘How Can I Make This About Me’: Thijs finds it especially annoying for himself that Niels desperately wants to go to his wife and child. Hello, the plan is in danger, doesn’t he realize that? The master plan of puppet master Thijs.
