Say wine, snacks or haute cuisine and the gourmands at online food magazine FavorFlav know where to drink, how to eat it and what to cook. This time our cheffies serve you: 10x our favorite cheap snacks from Albert Heijn.
Grocery shopping is a rib out of our body every time again. But luckily, we at the editorial office are more than happy to share our favorite cheap ass snacks. Make the most of it.

1. Baguette with herb butter
Classic, but unmatched as far as we are concerned. Always handy to have in your freezer. For €0.99 you get two baguettes, which you can also top and/or fill with grated aged cheese, just try it. Pure enjoyment!

2. Corn cakes
We always have corn cakes on our desk, so tasty as a snack and also incredibly cheap. A pack of 17 pieces costs €0.59, need we say more? Yes, it stinks if you don't eat it yourself, so sharing is our motto.

3. Snack sticks
A lot for little and they are delicious to munch on. A bag costs €0.45. Thief of your own wallet!

4. Chocolate chip cookies
They are not healthy, but absurdly delicious. Crispy chocolate cookies with dark and milk chocolate chips. And then for 12 pieces only €0.79. Ka-ching!

5. Mini crackers
In your hollow tooth, with or without spread. Simple, tasty, easy, and cheap. That salty variant also works well during an afternoon slump, literally and figuratively. €0.79, great.

6. Cheese sticks
Bo loves cheese sticks, especially with Garlan, about which she previously wrote lyrically (10x cheap favorites from the supermarket). Bo: ‘Such a snack that always does well and you just can't get enough of. And that for only €0.89.’.

7. Tuccies!
For a change, not a B or C brand, but a top product from the top shelf for a small price. Tuc, the familiar, crispy, salted cookie. Warning once the pack is open: stopping eating these cookies has never been achieved by anyone. But you don't have to worry about the price; a pack of Tuc costs €0.89.

8. Pink cakes
It melts in your mouth and they are so deliciously nostalgic (hi grandma, are you reading along?). That tasty chemical pink flavor on top of a piece of cake: always good. And 6 pieces for €0.79, also great.

9. Tortilla chips
As a student, Bo has to watch her pennies, for a nacho dish these chips are her secret ingredient. In the oven with some grated cheddar and dip in homemade guacamole and sour cream. ‘My mouth is already watering, and this bag of tortilla chips costs only €0.69. Win-win!‘

10. Crispy choco’s
Bo: ‘I must confess, I almost didn't want to share this because I'm so afraid they'll sell out. Then it would be crying time... But here goes: I don't want to deprive you of these divine crispy choco’s. And such a bag costs €1.49, thank me later!’
