I like a lot, as long as it’s not spicy. At the slightest or slightest spicy dish the tears spring into my eyes. Sorry, but I’d rather be on fire from a hot guy than from a spicy curry. What I definitely need to stay very far away from is The Reaper: the hottest pizza in the world.
What do you get on your plate? A pizza with a Habanero pizza sauce (Habanero is an extremely hot variant of chili pepper), mozzarella soaked with chili peppers, chorizo marinated in a hot sriracha sauce and – to top it off – a topping of Habanero slices. And that combination is… hot.
Too hot to handle?
The Reaper pizza is so hot that the eater must sign a waiver before taking the first bite. This way, the restaurant, Evel Pie in Los Angeles, cannot be sued. So if you want to take on the challenge and you go off your rocker: don't call Evel Pie!
Can you eat three slices of pizza in less than ten minutes? Then you win a real Reaper shirt. At least you have something to wipe your sweat with, I think. Oh yes, it’s not cheap. For this hot experience, you’ll pay no less than fifty dollars. I already know what I’d rather spend that on. For example, ten boxes of Magnums. Or a huge tub of ice-cold sorbet.
