INGREDIENTS
500 milliliters of heavy cream
1 can of condensed milk
12 Flügeltjes

This Monchou cakecupcakes and Viennetta for example, but also the scroppino and hot chocolate are popular. You can’t think of anything too crazy that Flügel can’t brighten up.

This is how you make Flügel ice cream

  • Put the heavy cream in a bowl and whip it until stiff.
  • Add the condensed milk to the whipped cream and mix it well together.
  • Stir the Flügel into the mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a loaf pan.
  • Then place the pan in the freezer for at least 5.5 hours.
