I have often wondered if I was seeing it right. But yes, there she was again. Marieke Elsinga, whom I heard on the radio that morning, was cheerfully presenting RTL Boulevard again in the evening. And in between, she had recordings for ’I Can See Your Voice‘ and she was also part of Team Carlo in ’Oh what a year!‘
I’m not even mentioning that she participated in Expeditie Robinson, that she presented Adam Zkt. Eva, took part in De Grote Improvisatieshow, and let’s not forget Crime Desk.
If you want to find the hardest working woman in showbiz, you can stop searching now. And all of that always with a sunny and tidy demeanor.
But now it’s enough, says Marieke. No burnout, but a timely pause to ensure that she continues to enjoy her work. Just a bit of lounging, as she puts it.
