Why you want to make a gigantic nacho tower this weekend

Today is International Nacho Day and that is of course the perfect moment to put the ultimate nachos on the table. Are you still looking for a tasty recipe? No worries, because I really have loads of inspiration for you and then you can get started today (or this weekend).
In the run-up to Nacho Day, the exclusive Nacho Day Bar from Santa Maria was opened yesterday in Amsterdam. Here, attendees could participate in the # nacho challenge. The task was: build the biggest and tastiest nacho tower. That sounds too fun, right? And besides, it was also particularly delicious, because the creations were impressive. All this under the guidance of Snackspert, who also shared his own recipe for his ideal nacho tower. And that is exactly how I like it: with lots of minced meat (fried in chipotle), Tex Mex spices, cheese, and guacamole.

Do you also want to do something different than a nacho platter? Then get started with this # nacho challenge. For this challenge, you build your favorite nacho dish in a can, then turn the can upside down on a plate and your nacho tower is ready to be eaten. You will have to consume the tower in a Jenga-like manner so that it doesn't fall over. Sounds like the ideal way to enjoy nachos together, so I will definitely introduce this to my friends.
With the # nacho challenge, you can vary a lot, so I have some other tasty tips for you. How about this tower with (veggie) chicken, cheddar, and jalapeños? Wow, that looks extremely good too. I'm also inspired by it, so that's why I had already thought of introducing this to my friends. How fun for a home gathering, to then make a gigantic nacho tower together with friends? I gladly take on the responsibility to come up with the first one.

Or a variant that also seems extremely tasty to me: a nacho tower with rendang, onion, (cheddar) cheese, jalapeños, and of course guacamole and sour cream. That sounds brilliant, right? I know what I'm going to make this weekend.
And if you are also going to make this nacho tower, be sure to tag # nacho challenge and mark October 21 in your calendar for next year, because it will of course be a party again with Santa Maria.
