Burger King is coming out with the Guilty Porcini Burger

Say wine, snacks or haute cuisine and the gourmands at online food magazine FavorFlav know where to drink, how to eat it and what to cook. This time our cheffies serve you: Burger King introduces the Guilty Porcini Burger: a hamburger filled with fries.
Last week we wrote about Burger King's radical step with their very first vegan location. Now there is more remarkable Burger King news: the Guilty Porcini Burger has made its debut. You just have to (again) take the plane for it.
The new Guilty Porcini Burger is available in Japan. And honestly: if you don't have heart problems, this looks pretty tasty, right? A bun, soaked in butter, with beef or chicken, fries, and topped with a mayonnaise/mushroom sauce (made from five different types of mushrooms: eringi, maitake, mushroom, porcini powder, and shiitake). I would love to sink my teeth into it, you know.

Big in Japan
The Beef Guilty Porcini Burger and Chicken Guilty Porcini Burger are temporarily on the menu and so far only in Japan. That is of course a shame, but nothing stops you from making this combo at home this weekend. With this hamburger step-by-step plan from barbecue guru Jord Althuizen, it should definitely work. Go for it!
