Because I do like a sandwich with smashed avocado and egg. Only the problem: those slices of egg fall all over the place. And I'm not always in the mood for scrambled eggs either. Recognizable? Then this is the perfect solution. Grated egg is a hit.

What do you need? A boiled egg and a grater. That's it. Whut? Super simple, so I think it looks really chic. Just a bit more special than the standard boiled egg, and in the version from Goop, there's also an extra: the salad with cucumber. I'm seriously going to impress with this sandwich.
