ROYAL REPORT FROM PRINCE CHARMING

Yeah, here we are again. Is it just me or has this season really flown by?! I feel like we've only just started with three episodes, but we're already at episode nine. NINE. That means… Next week is already the finale, and then the reunion. Holy shitballs, that goes fast. Let's enjoy it while we can. My prediction: this episode we're going to talk a lot about open relationships. Just a gut feeling.

1. I literally only know the lines from the intro tune that we hear, but I think it's a nice song. It’s calling out your naaahaaame.

2. Reason number so many why I find Marcel too sweet: crying because you see a picture of your dog. As a crazy cat person, I can really relate to that.

3. Okay, another reason: making a big deal out of having to introduce your pet to your new love. I have that too. No click with my cat, the one and only Pebbles? No click with me.

4. Those guys have actually been in the villa for quite a while. That they haven't clashed yet. They are handling those letters pretty well, I would be an emotional wreck.

5. YES. See! Five minutes in and it's already about the issue of whether or not to have an open relationship.

6. ‘It's quite interesting that he is so adamant about it, I think that's something you should definitely discuss with each other.’ Am I really so old-fashioned that I assume this doesn't necessarily need to be discussed? If you have a relationship, isn't the rule that you are monogamous and not the exception?

7. Very sly this, because this girl also immediately picked up the Aftertalk and in it, Chris says somewhat more extensive things about that open relationship. A case of handy editing?

8. Is it weird that I really get distracted by pure jealousy because they are having lunch on a terrace with wine? In the hospitality industry? That is just open? *cries in lockdown*

9. How long did Chris and Scott have to walk there in that restaurant? They had just finished lunch and suddenly it's pitch dark. This episode is going well with editing, I must say.

10. Honestly: quite a handsome couple together, those Chris and Scott.

11. We've been at it for quite a while in the episode and Chris hasn't had to put on his Tel Sell voice. So far. Are we going to keep that up for a whole episode? I hope so. He is so much more fun this way.

12. Okay, Chris and Scott are indeed a handsome couple, but I sometimes feel so uncomfortable with the sexual tension that is obviously there. I feel like a real voyeur this way.

13. Especially since I've been watching for about ten seconds how they are kissing with full conviction. Should I step away for a moment, guys? Don't mind me, okay.

14. Oh no. Oh NO. I feel it; one of my favorites is leaving again. So much tension with Scott, so little tension with Marcel.

15. Oh huh, that kiss really comes out of nowhere for me. But there is still hope.

16. Well, I really think Jakop will ultimately become Mister Prince Charming. Their conversations are just the most organic or something. Yes, I am indeed overanalyzing everything here, but they are almost at the finale so let me.

17. But let's recap: Scott got a romantic dinner with wine, Jakop got cocktails/champagne in a hot tub, Marcel got a one-on-one on a rock without anything. Where does it go wrong?

18. So we all know that Marcel is definitely going home, and there's a big chance that Jakop will come out as the winner. As in: 90 percent chance. I seriously dare to bet money on it. Anyone?

19. Longest. Ceremony. Ever. Just give Scott a keepsake in between, saying everything in the lowest gear. Tempo. We want to know.

20. &%(*#^%(*#)$*@. So far my reaction because Marcel is out. Marcel, if you read this and you are (hopefully) a bit over your heartbreak, could you maybe tell me your skincare secret? 38 years old and looking like that, I still find it miraculous.

21. Come on with that delicious cliffhanger that is obviously going to come, because that is also a bit of the strength of every episode.

22. I seriously find all the guests so nice and sweet who participated. Can everyone at the reunion just announce that they have each found love? Thnx.

23. Ooooh, but this is going to be delicious. Chris's friends are going to grill the finalists and they don't fully trust Jakop. I don't want to bet money on it anymore. I take it back. Anything can still happen.
