Royal report from Prince Charming

It is tiiiiime, the highest tiiiiime. Yes, normally I would always hear this as the last song in the pub, but that's not happening right now, so I'm just putting it on now. It is indeed the hooooogste time that Chris has to make a choice and I thought I was so sure about Jakop, but the previous episode (and this one too) made me completely focus on Scott again. But to be honest: we all just want to see that reunion as soon as possible, right? That's where all the juice and dirt gets spoken. Luckily, we still have a week to go. Love itttt.

1. Zooo, I would really be so nervous for such a baptism of fire with Chris’ friends and family. It's quite important that they like you.

2. Wait, whut? They are really just thrown in front of the laptop. No preparation, nothing. Just had that ceremony and straight through. Tough.

3. I'm totally up for playing Monopoly with Chris' family, you know. What lovely people.

4. I'm really curious why Chris' friends are a bit hesitant about Jakop, because we of course saw that in the familiar cliffhanger.

5. But it is already clear in the conversations themselves that they have a preference for Scott.

6. Before this episode, I was really sure that Jakop was the big winner, but we haven't even been going for five minutes and I've completely flipped towards Scott.

7. It is also 4-0 for Scott among friends and family, so according to these latest statistics, he is well ahead.

8. Zoooo, and this date is really next level. Where the average person (read: me) would be happy with a dinner, Scott gets a full hot air balloon ride. Jealous? Who? Me? Nooo.

9. But seriously, I get that the hot air balloon date is really mega romantic and that they like each other a lot, but, production, I've literally only seen them exchanging saliva instead of words. Maybe it would be nice if we could see them talk too.

10. Especially when Chris talks about tears in his eyes during a conversation. Which conversation? We've only seen them making out.

11. Scott: ‘There are constantly touches and kisses.’ Right.

12. It seems really weird to me if you've just played Kleffie and Beffie for a day and a night and then you have to give him up to someone else. I wouldn't be very relaxed about that.

13. Because how can you not choose someone when you have such a connection? It's the first time I find the überdramatic Billie Eilish fitting for a moment like this farewell.

14. Well really, miracles are not out of this world yet. For nine episodes, I saw Jakop as the obvious Mister Prince Charming, but now I'm completely going for Scott.

15. Even if it's just for the fact that we've seen two minutes of the date and there hasn't been a kiss yet. That's not Chris.

16. Okay, maybe I'm going all out, but I don't really see a spark between Chris and Jakop. This is the moment that Chris has a new favorite, I feel it.

17. Finallyyyyy. The moment is here. Now I'm starting to doubt again. Jakop after all?

18. Or is Chris following in Marvin's footsteps and choosing one, only to end up with the other?

20. I'm actually not that enthusiastic about this, because how likely is it that Chris and Jakop will stay together for a long time? Not very likely, right?
