Ingredients
– 50 ml Licor 43 Original
– 8 slices of sugar bread
- 1 egg
– 200 ml milk
– 1 tablespoon butter or oil for frying
– Optional: vanilla ice cream
– Optional mint leaves (garnish)

Here's how to make the French toast with Licor 43
1. Whisk the Licor 43, milk, and egg in a bowl
2. Dip a slice of sugar bread on both sides in the mixture
3. Fry the sugar bread in some butter or (flavorless) oil
4. Serve the French toast while they are still warm
5. Optionally serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a mint leaf as garnish
