According to TikTok, this is the only thing that really helps against a hangover

I prefer to blame my age and not my alcohol consumption, but my hangovers are sometimes really unbearable. It's really a case of I-can't-do-anything. Except mindlessly scrolling on my phone, preferably on TikTok. No idea if my phone can smell my alcohol breath, but I often find myself in an algorithm where I only see TikToks of people who are just as hungover and then order kilos of McDonald's or KFC, or people who have found the remedy for a hangover. Since I've imposed an UberEats ban on myself, that second category especially caught my attention, especially since I kept seeing the same tip pop up.

I have to confess honestly: I haven't tried it myself yet. Maybe next weekend, because then I will definitely be the victim of a hangover again. And I think I will really try it then, no matter how relaxed it looks. If it helps you get rid of your hangover right away, I think it's worth a shot. I present to you: keep your head in a bowl of ice water for as long as you can. That’s it.

Sounds mega simple and it is, but it’s also mega unpleasant. Anyway, TikTok suddenly swears by it. Has any of you tried it already and if so, does it really work? Asking for a friend.
