See: the trailer for season 5 of The Handmaid’s Tale

This series remains so incredibly good. Gigantically grim, intense, dark, and spicy, but so impressive. Side note: I still find it so striking that Elisabeth Moss in real life is a Scientologist, which I honestly consider a cult and has the most similarities with The Handmaid’s Tale: just as terrifying and a completely dystopian world as these kinds of scary people come to power.

But anyway, season 5 of The Handmaid’s Tale is coming, the trailer has been released and my god, I am really EXCITED about this. Check it out below: it is really very promising. According to Elisabeth Moss, we can also expect quite a bit: ‘I can say that this season is one of the wildest we have ever had. In some seasons a lot happens, in some a little less. But this season I couldn't even keep up. […] I genuinely mean that I can't even keep track of all the events. Never a dull moment, that's how I would explain it.‘

When I see this trailer, I am most curious about the storyline surrounding Serena. What will happen with her? Just a little more patience, and I really mean just a little, because on September 14 the first two episodes will be broadcast in the United States.
