Whut: Victoria Beckham has been eating the same thing for 25 years

Say wine, snacks or haute cuisine and the gourmands at online food magazine FavorFlav know where to drink, how to eat it and what to cook. This time our cheffies serve you: the dish that Victoria Beckham has been eating every day for 25 years.
When I discover something new in terms of food that I am completely enthusiastic about, I can really indulge in it, but then at some point it becomes a case of overkill and it goes back to a more normal frequency. Eating the same thing for days, weeks, or even (the horror) months: not for me. But Victoria Beckham swears by it: she has been eating the same thing for 25 years.
Ehh, excuse me? Twenty-five YEARS?! Man David Beckham gave an interview to River Café’s Table 4 podcast and he spilled the beans. But not literally. Beans his wife doesn’t eat.
Unpleasant, a partner who never eats with you
David thinks so too, because he really loves food. ‘I can get quite emotional about food and wine. When I eat something amazing, I want everyone to taste it right away.’ Today is the day I found out that David Beckham and I have quite a lot in common.
‘Unfortunately, I am married to someone who has been eating the same thing for 25 years. Since I met Victoria, she only eats grilled fish and steamed vegetables... She never really deviates from that.’
Seriously, just that?!
That seems really terribly unpleasant to me and I completely understand why David started that sentence with ‘unfortunately’. And I will never condone cheating, but hallelujah: I would also be unhappy in such a marriage. Because it gets worse: ‘The only time she deviated and ate something that was on my plate was when she was pregnant with Harper. And it was really the most amazing thing ever.’
‘It was one of my favorite evenings. I don’t even remember what kind of food it was, but I do know that she never ate it again afterwards.’ Can someone please check if David Beckham is doing okay? This seems like a really terribly unhappy situation to be in. 25 years long. Fish. Steamed (!) vegetables.
