These sex hacks are going viral on TikTok

With the hashtag #sexadvice, we can find the most unique sex hacks on TikTok. I keep saying it: TikTok is truly an educational platform. Okay, okay, a lot of nonsense is also posted, and not everything is accurate. That's why certified sex therapist Janet Brito has decided to respond to some sex hacks that have gone viral. Below she gives advice on the most viewed videos and hashtags on TikTok.

1. Stomach Hack (more than 40 million views)

This TikTok video is no longer available, but the TikToker who shared this hack claimed that pressing on a woman's stomach during sex can help stimulate the G-spot. According to Janet, this hack can indeed work for some, but there are also people who can experience more sensation around other parts of the pelvis. Therefore, she believes it's important to experiment with this and discover which spots feel good for you.

2. Pillow Hack (more than 20 million views)

About I happened to write a bit about this great hack recently. This hack involves placing a pillow under the pelvis of the woman. This way, the pelvis is tilted upwards, making it easier to reach the G-spot. According to Janet, this hack indeed makes sex more comfortable and allows for deeper penetration. Again, her advice is: experiment with different angles. 3. Masturbation Technique Hack.

(more than 13.8 million views) In this TikTok video, the user compares the 'right' way to pleasure a woman to rubbing over an egg yolk. The idea is to rub gently, in circular motions, and not press too hard. If the yolk of an egg breaks, then you probably pressed too hard, and that's not the intention. I honestly find this a bit of a strange comparison. But, according to Janet, this masturbation technique is certainly a useful suggestion if you prefer 'gentle'. But there are also women who prefer rough penetration, so she suggests first asking what the receiver enjoys. Oh, and last but not least: think about washing hands and nail hygiene. Very important.

(more than 5.9 million views) The sharer of this hack suggests setting a timer for four minutes during which you and your sex partner take turns pleasing each other and use this time to try new things. I find this again a very strange hack. Imagine you're really getting into it and that timer suddenly goes off. According to Janet, this hack can certainly be handy for couples who want to rediscover each other in the bedroom and are looking for adventure.

(more than 1.6 million views) The name says it all: a 'coregasm' is experiencing an orgasm while training your abdominal muscles. The hashtag #coregasm has been viewed more than 1.6 million times on TikTok. According to Janet, such an orgasm often has little to do with sex, but is rather caused by the movements you make repeatedly.

6. Tantric Hack.

(more than 1.7 million views) The hashtag #tantric (or tantra) has more than 21.6 million views, and the specific TikTok video below has been viewed more than 1.7 million times. In the video, the user explains that tantric sex is a form of sexual meditation where partners are encouraged to explore their deepest fantasies and sensations. Personally, I always think of hypnosis when I think of tantra; I have no experience with it, I must honestly admit. According to Janet, tantric sex can help people who are anxious about their sexual performance. It is a way to become aware of your body and to be less in your head. By being curious about the sensations of the body and adopting a non-judgmental attitude, tantra can help people experience sex again as something pleasurable rather than something where you have to perform.
