Today we make Baileys French toast

YES: today we are going to talk about Baileys French toast. Because yes: they exist. At least, if it’s up to Baileys itself. So do you have a special craving? Are you celebrating a special moment? Do you want to go all out during the Easter brunch or are you just like us a diehard Baileys fan? Then definitely try it out, because just trust me on this: you really want to. I mean: with whipped cream and sugared red fruit? Bring on that next level treat. And making it? That’s super easy. Check out the required ingredients and the three-part step plan below. Thank me later.
What do you need for a serving of 2?
– 100 ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
– 2 eggs
– 30 ml milk
– 4 slices of bread
– 40 g butter
– Whipped cream, raspberries, blueberries, and a bit of powdered sugar for garnish.
(CONTAINS 6.8 GRAMS OF ALCOHOL PER SERVING)
1. Combine the eggs, milk, and Baileys and mix with a whisk. Pour it over the slices of bread on a plate and let it soak for a few minutes.
2. Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Then fry the slices of bread for about 2 minutes or until they are golden brown on both sides.
3. Arrange the French toast on the plates. Finish with a generous dollop of whipped cream, a hefty portion of raspberries and blueberries, and optionally drizzle with chocolate sauce, syrup, or icing sugar.
