Let's take a look inside the new house of Beyoncé and Jay-Z

Beyoncé and Jay-Z have set a new record, and this time it's not something related to music. They have purchased the most expensive house ever in the American state of California. If you want to break this record, you need to shell out at least 177 million dollars, as that is how much the couple paid for their humble abode. But considering it was initially on the market for 295 million, it's actually a bargain...

Time to take a look inside their new home, because what do you actually get for 177 million? You at least get a stunning view of the ocean and get to sleep in a house designed by architect Tadao Ando. Does that name sound familiar? It might; he also designed the house that Kanye West bought last year for over 57 million. If they were to have a fight, they could easily avoid each other, as the land is 30,000 square feet large. One can stare at the ocean while the other looks at Paradise Cove, the neighborhood they will be living in. By the way, it is also known as Billionaire’s Row, which seems like a very fitting nickname.

The 177 million they paid is not the record for all of America, as that still stands at 238 million. That was paid for an apartment in New York, although I guess the number of square meters here in Beyoncé and Jay-Z's palace on the west coast is quite a bit more.
