Want to make: the Big Mac pizza

Say wine, snacks or haute cuisine and the gourmands at online food magazine FavorFlav know where to drink, how to eat it and what to cook. This time our cheffies serve you: the Big Mac pizza.
If a Big Mac is the ultimate schuldig genot for you, then you will definitely go crazy for this Big Mac pizza. This sensation has everything that the burger has, but then on a crispy, warm pizza base.
The Italians won't be happy about it, but we will. Not only because it's irresistibly delicious, but also because it’s on the table within fifteen minutes. Unless you make the pizza bases yourself, but we understand that you just don't feel like that on your hungover Saturday or drizzly Tuesday. By the way, you do make the Big Mac sauce yourself (we have unraveled the Big Mac recipe) but then it’s just as tasty as at McDonald's.
Here's how to make the Big Mac pizza
- Mix the ingredients for the Big Mac sauce in a bowl. Once the sauce is ready, put it in the fridge.
- Preheat the oven as indicated on the packaging.
- Once the oven is hot, bake the pizza bases.
- In the meantime, crumble the minced meat in the pan.
- Take the pizza base out of the oven and then spread the minced meat over it. Then place the slices of cheese on top and put the pizza in the oven for about 3 or 4 minutes so that the cheese can melt.
- Then distribute the lettuce, pickles, and Big Mac sauce over the pizza and you're done!
