This is how you make a Speculoos ice cream

Say wine, snacks or haute cuisine and the gourmands at online food magazine FavorFlav know where to drink, how to eat it and what to cook. This time our cheffies serve you: This is how you make a Speculoos ice cream.
Is it already summer? Yes, please? Oh, it actually doesn't matter; some ice creams can be eaten all year round. For example, this Biscoff-Speculoos creation that I found on Miranda Brady's Instagram. Doesn't this look too divine?
And the best part is yet to come: first of all, it can be made at home and secondly, it's also incredibly easy. Those are personally the best arguments for me when it comes to DIY snacks. Let’s gooo.
HERE'S HOW TO MAKE THE BISCOFF-SPECULOOS ICE CREAM
Well, Miranda is already doing it, but I can explain it to you as well. Take the Lotus Biscoff cookies and crumble them. I always have these cookies in my snack drawer (yes, I have a snack drawer), so I don't even have to leave the house for that. Then mix 300 ml of heavy cream with 135 ml of condensed milk, which you then pour into the bag of the Biscoff cookie. Put that in the freezer, and when it's nice and hard, you dip it in the Speculoos. And voilà: success guaranteed. And delicious, especially that.
