Wow: this will be the nail trend for this autumn
Out with the blueberry milk manicure, time for something spicier this autumn. The trendsetter this time? Emily Ratajkowski. Earlier this year, the naturally brunette dyed her long locks copper-colored, and I think she liked the red color, because on Instagram she showed her fresh manicure. The ‘serpent nails’, as the model calls them, are what we want to paint on our nails this autumn: red shades with a hint of black and a subtle snake print woven through. Who would have thought that would come back? What about the minimalist nail trend, I hear you thinking. That is now a thing of the past. Earlier this summer, Hailey Bieber already showed her colorful fingertips on the Gram. The ‘mismatched manicure’ will, according to experts, be requested more often this fall at the nail salon.
My nail appointment is already booked for next week. And since my winter blues started in August this year, I think there's a good chance it will be the color red. Will I dare to go for the serpent nails? Who knows.
