How often you should actually wash your bra

It's time to face the confrontation, because we need to be very honest: who meets this average? Earlier we discussed that you do occasionally smell your bra (don't lie), but now we're going to talk about how clean it actually is... Or maybe better said: how dirty it actually is.

If you want to do it very well, you should wash your bra after wearing it two or three times. If you don't do that, it's quite unhygienic. Why? For example, because your bra sits just under your armpit and therefore collects quite a bit of sweat.

In general, it is recommended to wash it once a week, if you can't manage it after two or three wears. Then you're still in the hygienic zone. But everything after that... Yeah, that's not good.

And that makes TikTok quite shocked; most people apparently wash it once a month, but there are even people who admit to doing it once a year. PER. YEAR. Okay, we women may do some dirty things, but this goes way too far.

A free life pro tip from me: make it a fixed day each week. I never remember those two to three times, but I just wash them every Sunday now. If it's a fixed day, I forget it less quickly.
