Kim Kardashian shows again that she is not like us
Kim Kardashian is in a very interesting phase - at least that's what I think. Last year was not her best year, with quite a bit of bad publicity: her relationship with Pete Davidson didn't go very well, she was under fire for her large private jet usage and for her many, many Photoshop fails. Recently, she has clearly been working on an image change: where she used to love showing that her life is not exactly like yours and mine, she is now making a huge effort to show that she is indeed very ordinary.
And that includes, for example, a photo without a filter and without Photoshop, something that Kim-from-a-year-ago would never have thought of. And apparently, it also includes a visit to a pub; she was spotted on St. Patrick’s Day in a pub in London while she was having the Irish beer Guinness. See, Kim is super relatable.

Well… That’s actually not too bad. On Twitter, the photo below of her was shown and people were really amazed: Kim Kardashian in a random pub with a pint and a shot of Guinness? We have never seen this side of her.

On Instagram, Kim also posted Stories with the shots and the pints and the text ‘pub hopping’ included. She was with old friends in London and to be honest: judging by those Stories, it could easily be something I would do too. Just hanging out and having pints on St. Patrick’s Day: count me in.

But nothing is as it seems, that became clear again. Soon some behind-the-scenes photos ended up on Twitter, showing that it was indeed just a pub, but that Kim had a complete camera crew with her, including lighting and sound guys who made sure she looked as good as possible on camera.
Well, here’s the confirmation again that first of all, nothing is as it seems and secondly… that Kim Kardashian is really not like you and me.
