New sauce at McDonald's

Say wine, snacks or haute cuisine and the gourmands at online food magazine FavorFlav know where to drink, how to eat it and what to cook. This time our cheffies serve you: McDonald's has a new sauce in the assortment.

McDonald’s maniacs pay attention: your favorite fast food chain has dropped a new item on the menu again. No, not a variant of the Spicy Cheeseburger or Big Mac and also not a Dutch version of the McBaguette (what would that be called? McWhite-roll-with-sprinkles?). So what is it? A new sauce to dip your chicken nuggets in.

Yep, we can try out a new McNugget sauce again. The newbie on the menu is called the Brasil sauce. It’s a sauce that tastes as tropical as the name suggests.

Brasil sauce
The Brasil sauce is a sweet, spicy sauce with tomato, pineapple, and curry. Perfect for dipping your fried chicken pieces in, but also delicious with your salty fries. Rumors are circulating that there will also be burgers on the menu with this sauce. It would be the Brasil Cheese (with beef, cheddar, pickles, and fried onions) and the Brasil Chicken (with crispy chicken fillet and lettuce). When they will be launched is still a wait-and-see. The Brasil sauce itself is at least available to order since this week.

Just a little more patience…
Small side note: in Dutch McDonald’s branches, you’ll get the lid on your nose if you ask for this sauce. At this moment, the Brasil sauce is not yet available in our country. If you want to try it as soon as possible, you will have to go to a McDonald’s location of our southern neighbors. So Belgium. Well, there are more McDonald’s items for which we have to go abroad. We are still waiting for the Chocolate Filled Donuts Balls to finally come our way from Dubai. Hopefully, the Brasil sauce will come to our country faster. Keep a close eye on it!
