Because often those ready-made versions are not really good (way too sweet for example), but these come pretty close to the real deal.

And that is a lot cheaper than if you order it in a restaurant or bar. Unfortunately: the cocktails are still untraceable on the site, so we have to rely on Thomas's taste test for now. Just forget that he calls it a Poma and an Esma in his caption (those are nicknames that I just can't seem to get used to): these cocktails are said to be really top-notch.

They know how to replicate the foam layer on the Espresso Martini (and somewhat on the Pornstar Martini) very well. So a solid pass, and very handy for your next dinner party.
